I started this blog as a way to keep track of my recipe experiments and to keep a check on what I am eating. I have always suffered from bloating and I was eventually diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, which has led to me experimenting with food, day and night! Anyone with an IBD will know how frustrating food choices can be – although you might want a treat (like a pizza!!) your body won’t always thank you for it! So I have started trying to make healthier versions of what I love to eat. As part of my ‘get healthier lifestyle’ I also started running and signed up for my first half marathon shortly before starting this blog! I’ll be keeping track of my fitness goals and recipe experiments here so if you’re trying to get fit (like me) or change your diet, have a read!
