I have tried this cauliflower recipe before from Deliciously Ella but I made some asjustments to it and it was lovely!
I’m not a vegan or vegetarian so after I made the base I played around with the toppings and this was a great combo. I put cheddar cheese, sweetcorn, pepporoni, fresh tomatoes and basil on the top of the base and tomato puree and can say it tasted awesome! If you’re a meat eater but struggle with gluten/yeast pizza bases, give this a try. It obviously doesn’t taste like a Dominoes…but it’s a good alternative that alievates the bloat!
