This is one of the best ways to get more green in your diet! You can’t taste the spinach at all and the honey and vanilla yogurt give it a really nice creamy texture. This is definitely one of my favourite smoothies I have made and it’s definitely going to be making it onto my breakfast list! If you give it a go let me know.
Handful of frozen berries
Half cup of milk
1 tbsp. Mullerlight vanilla yogurt
1 tsp honey
One handful of spinach
Method: Place in a blender and whizz!
